2月底的三亚春暖花开,阳光灿烂,一切欣欣向荣,柯达大中华区渠道大会便在此隆重举行。 来自全国各地55个渠道共计81位渠道销售和合作伙伴参加了此次会议。新柯达在2013年成功转型为专注于B2B的印刷市场的科技公司,我们借此会议与大家分享了新柯达的业务定位,竞争优势以及最新的技术和产品, 展望了未来的规划和市场前景,让所有参会者对新柯达的再次启航充满了信心与期待。

为了帮助我们的渠道销售人员更好的了解客户的需求以及柯达产品的竞争力和创新科技,我们还特地安排了多场有针对性的培训专场,邀请了柯达的专业人员进行产品分析、特点介绍及销售技巧培训。

与以往不同的是, 此次大会,我们首次安排了各行业业务发展讨论会, 根据业务分为商业、包装,出版、报业和票据三组进行讨论,此外还根据支援部门开展了服务、运营、市场、产品等不同版块的讨论会。 分组讨论会为渠道销售和柯达的专业人士创造了极好的互动交流平台, 让我们能够听到来自渠道的心声,了解他们在销售过程中的各种困惑、问题,需求和建议。 讨论会上大家畅所欲言,更多倾听、更多交流、更多案例分析是这次会议的亮点,也让我们取得了比以往更好的沟通效果。 会后各渠道纷纷表示这次会议收获很大,他们对新柯达充满了信心,对会议的安排也给予了充分肯定。

最后在答谢及颁奖晚宴上,我们为表现突出的渠道颁发了证书,这是对过往的肯定也是对未来的一种激励。正如柯达亚太区总裁路易先生所说:“柯达的成功离不开渠道的支持,渠道的盈利也离不开柯达的好产品,我们是齐心协力,同舟共济的大家庭。”只有大家精诚合作,相互依靠才能为这艘刚刚启航的巨轮添油助力,助它乘风破浪,一马当先!!

The Kodak India Kick-off Meeting, 2014 saw the Kodak Family from the India Cluster come together at the picturesque Waterstones Hotel in Mumbai from February 12 to 14, 2014. The focus of the three-day event was aligned to train customer-facing teams about Kodak’s product portfolio across varied segments that Kodak caters to – Commercial and Transactional, Newspaper, Publishing & Packaging – their value propositions and winning applications coupled with workflow solutions; to communicate with channel partners the way forward for 2014 and understand their needs in order to provide them distinctive value that transcends into profitable growth for the customer; to reinforce the robust yet agile NEW Kodak as a leading technology company focused on Commercial Imaging; and to convey the message of working as an energetic, cohesive unit – a TEAM – for achieving best results.

2014 Kodak Southeast Asa Kick Off Meeting

SEA KOM group photoIn mid of January, the Kodak team in Southeast Asia including  sales, marketing and management  teams of 16 channel partners from Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam convened in a Kick Off meeting held  at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia to start the year by aligning  on  key strategies and directions for 2014  as well as, equipping the team with technical skills and tools on how to address customer needs and optimize Kodak opportunity in each of the  4 key focus segments ; namely , Commercial, Packaging, Newspaper and Publishing .
